During our family vacation at Lancaster, we were pleased with the warm and inclusive atmosphere that greeted us on arrival. The room on the 10th floor was not only very nice, clean, and cozy but also spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. Our little one especially enjoyed the small balcony where we could relax and take in the views of this vibrant city.One aspect that stood out to us was the attention to detail in ensuring all guests, including children, felt welcome and secure. From requiring everyone to be present at check-in to asking for government-issued photo IDs, it was evident that the hotel prioritizes safety and inclusivity.Moreover, the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city with the convenience of the nearby tram stop.In conclusion, Lancaster provided us with a delightful stay, combining modern comforts with family-friendly amenities that made our vacation truly memorable.
